Launched in 2014, LivingSocial's Coupons includes more than 30,000 digital coupons and sales redeemable via mobile devices from more than 6,000 national brands. Acting as the UX design lead, our design decisions were informed by user interviews, sketching sessions, and iterative wireframes design cycles regularly tested with LivingSocial members. LivingSocial’s Coupons consistently delivers during nationwide retail promotions—on Black Friday we saw an email open rate 50% higher than average resulting in 25,000+ members spending more than 1.7MM with our partners.
