Launched in 2015, FastBook by LivingSocial makes it faster and more convenient for consumers to make last-minute beauty appointments. Acting as the UX Product lead, our design decisions were informed by user interviews, sketching sessions, and iterative wireframes design cycles regularly tested with LivingSocial members. Responsibilities included working with stakeholders to gather requirements for product features, creating wireframes and visual designs; allocating resources; delivering functional specs and working with development teams to oversee launch.
